It all started with a first workshop on mediation during my studies; since then, my interest in personnel and organizational development has never left me. Several training courses and professional experience as a mediator and coach later, as a client manager at CONTUR, I am responsible for coordinating the fitting between supply and demand and bringing our clients together with the right consultants and trainers.
