I have been working for more than 25 years as a project manager, executive, systemic coach and consultant in human resources and organizational development for international industrial and service companies. My work focuses on supporting organizations and individuals in complex change processes.
Throughout my professional career, I have successfully supported a large number of change projects in the areas of -effective leadership, organizational change and cooperation- for both medium-sized companies and international corporations.
Tell something about you
I live in Hildesheim in Lower Saxony and spend most of my free time in nature. As an antipode to a job where communication determines the day, I enjoy the peace and quiet of observing nature, which I like to document with my camera.
A long time ago, I built a motorhome for myself, which I use for small and large excursions at home and abroad. I like to explore new habitats and cultures on untrodden paths, leaving no traces behind and capturing what I experience in pictures.
