Your Way to CONTUR
After my training in a hotel, I worked in the event office for several years and organised and carried out seminars, congresses and private parties for clients. At some point, I was tempted to get to know the other side of the business, so I started at CONTUR in 2006 and took over the participant and hotel management for our training courses in our seminar programme. Over the years, the fields of activity have changed from time to time, so that even after more than 15 years it doesn’t get boring at CONTUR. At the moment, the focus of my work is on the support of our CRM system, which I adapt according to the needs of my colleagues and am thus also involved in one or the other process development. This challenge is a lot of fun and yet it is a far cry from what I learned 20 years ago during my training as a hotel manageress.
