Bettina Köppel

Bettina Köppel understands leadership from both perspectives: from her own many years of leadership experience and from her work in developing and coaching leaders. As a consultant and trainer, she designs leadership programs, training sessions, and workshops. In doing so, she empowers leaders in their roles and guides teams in effectively coordinating their collaboration—even in times of change and conflict.
Before becoming self-employed, she spent more than ten years in various leadership roles in the automotive supply industry. Most recently, as Head of Purchasing, she was responsible for an international division with employees in Germany, France, the Czech Republic, the U.S., China, India, and South Korea. As a result, she understands the challenges of international leadership, complex decision-making situations, and managing conflicting interests from her own experience.
Bettina Köppel studied International Management and completed an MBA semester in Bangkok. She is a certified team facilitator, systemic team coach, certified practitioner of the Four Rooms of Change®, and LINC Personality Profiler Coach. In addition, she has several years of coaching training.
