Dr. Peter Belker was born in 1965 in Mühlheim/Ruhr and lives with his wife and 2 children near Frankfurt am Main. After his own project experiences in Spain, England, Germany and internationally as a project manager of small, medium and large projects, he has been working since 2005 as an independent trainer, consultant and coach on the topics of leadership, leading executives, team leadership and leading at a distance. 

Dr. Peter Belker studied business administration with a focus on sales and sociology at the University of Trier as well as marketing management at Dublin City University, Ireland until he graduated with a degree in business administration. He received his doctorate from the University of Kassel on the subject of “Change Management”. This was followed by a 1-year systemic training at the Elverfeldt Institute, “Coaching for Success and for Improvement” at DDI, as well as continuous further qualifications, e.g. Level Five Certificate in Action Learning Facilitation, Institute for Leadership and Management, U.K., International Coach Federation – collegial consulting and mentor coaching and the completion of the Four Rooms of Change® Certification Program.  

His current work focuses on the implementation of leadership training and coaching of experienced executives, both online and face-to-face. Dr. Peter Belker develops architectures of development programs for international executives as well as instruments of leadership diagnostics, from the planning to the implementation. His main topics for middle and senior managers as well as project leaders are strategy formulation and implementation, gaining influence in the organization, extended leadership responsibility, challenging communication situations, managing change. He also accompanies team development processes and conducts conflict mediation. His working languages in all topics and for all target groups are German, English and Spanish.   

Dr. Peter Belker spends most of his free time with his family. He enjoys sports (running, sailing, rowing, skiing), cooking and has a passion for Argentine tango.
