Heike Molin was born and raised in Hesse. After graduating from high school, she trained as a mathematical-technical assistant and then studied computer science at the University of Kaiserslautern. Besides her studies, she worked at the ETH Zurich. Due to her job, she came to Mainz and finally to Frankfurt am Main, where she now lives together with her family.

In addition to her professional activities in the IT industry, Heike Molin took part in various further education courses. In addition to her further education as a trainer (IHK), IT project manager (CSC Academy), in virtual leadership (CSC Academy) and as a live online trainer (FCT Academy), she is a certified Scrum Master (scrum.org) and a certified e-trainer instructor (BDVT). Based on these qualifications, she then worked as a management consultant and training manager and now works as an independent trainer and facilitator, in the CONTUR GmbH network, among others. She primarily leads trainings in the area of personality development and communication, but train-the-e-trainer, learning nuggets and working with Scrum are also focal points of her work at CONTUR.

In her free time, Heike Molin does a lot of sports: she goes jogging, does various workouts, and goes hiking in the Taunus Mountains. She also enjoys cooking healthy meals and reading a lot.
