Trainer and Consultant at CONTUR

Katharina Schneider was born and raised in Franconia in 1980 and has already traveled the world a lot, having spent a year traveling the globe and having lived in Italy for two years. She then settled in Hanover, where she now lives and works.

After her studies in Social Sciences with a focus on Organizational Sociology, Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Economic and Social Psychology at the University of Göttingen and Università degli Studi di Padova, she worked as a consultant in Human Resources and Organizational Development and as a specialist in Change Management. She then joined CONTUR GmbH in product management. Through her training as a systemic consultant (IF Weinheim) and her participation in “The Trainer Training” (CONTUR GmbH), Katharina Schneider gained more qualification and now also works as a trainer and consultant at CONTUR GmbH. Primarily, she conducts trainings on personnel and organizational development, as well as on self-management. She also gives train-the-trainer courses and designs and leads numerous online trainings and webinars.

As a balance to her office life, she likes to go jogging, do yoga or listen to podcasts. She also plays the saxophone and loves to see a lot of the world.
