Stephan Piwanski was born in Hildesheim in 1968. He studied economics at the University of Kassel with a focus on employment and human resources as well as marketing, supplemented by various further training courses, including systemic coaching (Systemisches Institut Kassel) and change management (Four Rooms of Change, Stockholm).
In the past 30 years of his professional career, he has worked nationally and internationally as a project manager in development cooperation and as an executive in HR management as well as HR and organizational development in international organizations and industry.
Stephan Piwanski lived and worked for several years in Latin America. In addition, longer project phases and work stays regularly took him to various countries in Europe, Asia and North and South America. In his function as shareholder and member of the management board of CONTUR GmbH, Stephan’s work focuses on change management, organizational development and strategy development. In addition, he regularly accompanies executives in the context of business coaching.
In his spare time, Stephan Piwanski is involved in regional nature conservation, has a great interest in flora and fauna and enjoys nature photography with his camera.
