Trainer and Consultant at CONTUR

Tanja Tralau-Vieillemard was born in Lübeck in 1976. After leaving school, she went to France for a voluntary social year, so she speaks fluent French as well as German and English.

As a graduate pedagogue with a focus on adult education, her heart beat early on for personnel and organizational development, which she got to know in many different facets during her professional career.

She is also a systemic coach and supervisor (Hamburg Institute for Systemic Training), a certified European eLearning Manager (CELM, Steinbeis University, Institute for Learning Design + Management, Lucerne, CH) and certified by the Janssen’s Model® Program (based on the Four Rooms of Change theory).

She started her career in a European cross-mentoring of international companies and administrations with a focus on diversity. She then gained extensive experience as a personnel manager and head of personnel development at a large international medium-sized company and in project and change management at an international corporation.

In 2015, Tanja Tralau-Vieillemard joined CONTUR GmbH as a trainer and consultant for leadership development.  The dedicated personnel developer is characterized by her expertise in development programs for specialists and managers.

For several years, her focus has been on digital learning and the design of blended formats and virtual training courses. As a learning architect, she is passionate about designing learning and development spaces: How does learning and development work most effectively?  Which learning environments support sustainable development? How do individual needs fit into standardized measures?

As Head of Business Field Collaboration and Digital Learning at CONTUR, she and her team develop training and development solutions for all aspects of collaboration – onsite, remote and hybrid.

Tanja Tralau-Vieillemard’s coaching services range from project managers and executives to specialists. She offers professional support for individual and company-specific challenges.

She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends in the far north, a city in Schleswig-Holstein.  She likes to recharge her batteries by the water.
