course Description
Most leadership challenges cannot be overcome by waiting and seeing – courage is needed. Here you will learn how to strengthen your personal courage and that of your organisation.
We combine insights from neuroscience, management theory and leadership experience into an intensive learning of theory and also a lot of practice.
You can work through a personal project in which you want to act with (even) more courage. You develop your very own way of courageous leadership.
With an international career in strategy and marketing, as author of the book “Mutig weiter!” and leadership trainer, Florence Guesnet offers you a unique blend of in-depth knowledge, practical experience and great joy in conveying life-enhancing content.

Learning Journey
- 1,5 h Warm-up-Session
- 3x 3 h highly intensive and interactive live online sessions in small groups with max. 4 participants
- 3 individual 45 min. coaching sessions with your trainer following the live online sessions to support a successful transfer into individual practice
- Self-learning elements between the sessions to further support the learning process (time required approx. 3 hrs. in total)
