Your Situation

In your position as a manager in production or a production-related area, you wish to prepare for carrying out employee reviews and specific employee discussions and train for this based on practical case studies.

Your Benefit

You are familiar with target-oriented structure and content of employee reviews as well as with professional meeting techniques and can adjust to specific meeting situations and participants.
