Course description
Your situation
Competence building in a permanent state of change: You work in a production or production-related area where processes and work procedures are continually changing, modern technologies are being introduced, new colleagues are joining the team or experienced knowledge carriers are leaving the department. Your task as a technical trainer is to support your colleagues in expanding their know-how and skills in order to ensure a production operation that meets the highest quality requirements. In doing so, you will be involved in familiarisation phases, document and optimise work instructions or give regular instruction and training workshops.
