Course description
To achieve the learning objectives of the seminar, you will learn simple and clear communication models that will help you to better observe, interpret, and evaluate conversations. Through numerous exercises, you will practice authentic and appreciative communication techniques for confident and self-assured communication.
Another aspect of the communication training is how to deal with different personalities in order to better achieve your goals.
The main topics in the communication training
In this communication training, which is held at various locations, you will learn more about the most important basic principles for successful communication. The theory includes communication models such as those developed by Schulz von Thun and Paul Watzlawick. You will also learn how to think positively, speak positively, and thus shape communication positively and convince your conversation partner of your point of view. Of course, you will also receive the relevant materials for the seminar.
You will learn how to deal with different personalities, ask the right questions, and argue convincingly. An important part of this is the ability to give and accept feedback.
Then there is body language, which you can learn to understand with the help of video recordings if you wish. What influence do gestures, facial expressions, and your voice have on how you are perceived? You will also learn to distinguish between congruent and incongruent messages – because the body does not lie.
The last part of the seminar deals with conflict resolution and low-conflict communication. Here you will learn about the different strategies you can use to successfully resolve existing conflicts and how to avoid typical communication mistakes. Respectful communication also plays a central role.
