Coursedescription
Self-leadership is one of the central skills in our society. It is the ability to take control of one’s life, career and future in our ever-changing world. With self-leadership comes the personal freedom to make changes within yourself to achieve personal goals.
Regardless of where you are in your career, self-leadership is a valuable skill to invest in.
No leadership without self-leadership – if you want to lead others successfully, it is best to start with yourself. This is how you can be a role model and encourage others to take responsibility for their own actions.
Setting goals for personal growth as an employee, learning from mistakes and reflecting on oneself and one’s own behavior has a positive effect – both professionally and privately. In this way, self-leadership skills ensure not only the achievement of goals in the long term, but also personal satisfaction in particular.
In our training, we take a holistic view of the four pillars that form the foundation of successful self-leadership and create a lasting understanding of how they mutually influence and reinforce each other:
Pillar 1 – Mindset:
What exactly is “mindset” and how can I take control of it?
What underlying values and intentions guide my mindset?
How do my mindset and values affect my actions?
Explore your own thought patterns and learn to take a bird’s eye view of yourself and explore new scope for action.
Pillar 2 – Feelings:
Where do my feelings come from?
What effects do they have and how can I use them for myself?
What do I do with difficult emotions that I or my counterpart experience?
Recognize which feelings are not getting you anywhere and how to let them go. Decide how to let negative emotions affect you and when to direct your energy to something else.
Pillar 3 – Behavior:
How can I balance everything and stay calm under stress?
Why do I know many tools and yet do not implement them consistently?
Why do I keep starting, but then keep stopping?
Learn to plan and become consistent in your behavior. Avoid what is not good for you and strengthen your strengths.
Pillar 4 – Vitality:
Why am I tired, listless or burned out?
Where do I get the energy to implement the things I have resolved to do?
There are limits to your performance that will become apparent if you don’t compensate for them. Integrating regeneration into your everyday life in a sustainable way strengthens your immune system and protects you from stress-related overload.
We will examine these and other questions together in the seminar “The four pillars of self-leadership”. If you want to work on your development not only on one level, but on different levels, and if you want to shape your own life in a self-determined and goal-oriented way from the inside out, this is the right place for you.
