Course description

Your situation

Mobile and remote working, as well as ongoing digitization, have introduced a wide range of digital applications into your everyday working life. This virtual (collaborative) work not only brings new functions and procedures. Often, you also experience the changes as burdensome and stressful.
Dealing with these digital stressors on a daily basis challenges you to restructure yourself and your work in the face of new opportunities and (communication) channels and to use digital tools constructively and effectively for yourself.
