You will get to know TA concepts from the field of systemic, i.e. organizational TA as well as from the field of group dynamics, and how to apply them in an operational context.
This will help you to understand and deal with organizational and team dynamics.
Methods
The focus is on case work, with counselling sequences in plenary sessions, in small work groups and opportunities for personal reflection and pair discussions as well as for role plays. Previously learned concepts will be deepened; new systemic concepts will be introduced and reflected upon on the basis of practical topics and cases.
