Course description
Knowledge and tools for effective communication
This communication training provides the understanding for the complexity of interpersonal communication and the appropriate communicative tools to communicate effectively, to cooperate with colleagues, customers and suppliers and to achieve goals together.
In our Digital High Intensive Training (DHIT®) “Success through Communication” you can expect an intensive, efficient and focused communication training.
In small groups, you will review your communication behavior and optimize your own communication behavior with individual support from your trainer and personal trainer feedback.
Also in a group, you will work on current concerns from your everyday work (virtual and analog) and address important communication rules.
In individual coaching sessions you will work together with your trainer on your personal goals and concerns.

Procedure of the Digital High Intensity Training®
Learning Journey
- 1.5 hours warm-up session
- 3 x 3 hours of highly intensive and interactive live online sessions in small groups with max. 4 participants at intervals of approx. 1 week
- 3 individual 45 min. coaching sessions with your trainer following the live online sessions to support a successful transfer into individual practice
- Self-learning elements between the sessions to further support the learning process (time required approx. 3 hrs. in total)
