  • Recommendations for targeted, individual further development of your participants
  • "Exact fit" filling of the target position
  • Optimized selection process

Course description

Your Benefit

You will receive an assessment of each employee’s potential in order to identify applicants for first-line-management (e.g. foremen, shift leaders) in the production area. In addition to the general strengths and development areas observed in the Assessment Center, you will receive recommendations for the targeted, individual further development of your participants. This will support you in the optimization of your selection process and guarantee staffing of positions with the “right” person.

Content

The 2-day Assessment Center stands out closely to the participants’ professional reality and uses exercises with a realistic and practical framework. In order to evaluate the participants’ leadership potential, they are put into typical situations that are critical for the success of first line managers in the production sector.
Furthermore, the participants will be observed and evaluated according to specific performance criteria by assessors – all of whom are line managers and HR Responsibles from the production area – who are especially trained for this purpose.

The results are compiled in the final assessors’ conference, which takes place without the participants. Every participant’s strengths and development areas, shown in the task, are discussed. According to these findings, a statement of potential is made for each participant and concrete development recommendations are derived. Following their participation in the Assessment Center, the employees receive a personal (oral) feedback based on the results of the assessors’ conference. This feedback will be provided by the participant’s HR Responsible.
