Do you want to design change projects holistically, understand yourself and your fellow human beings better and accompany them successfully through change processes? Then you will learn in our basic training Change Management important models and tools that support you in this.
First, you will learn about different types of change and how complex change processes can be.
In order to be able to plan and manage your change process, we will show you relevant steps that structure the implementation.
Many change projects fail – learn about and consider important success factors: Who do I involve? What do I communicate?
People are involved in all change processes. Change means uncertainty and we try to avoid this. That’s why we often encounter resistance that needs to be understood and overcome. What needs do we have to take into account? What emotions do we go through in change processes? Depending on our view of life, we deal with change differently. Learn more about yourself, strengthen your own ability to change and accompany your fellow human beings successfully through change.
Apply what you have learned directly, exchange ideas with the participants and bring in your own practical example.

Change Management Seminar: Questions and Answers
Change management deals with change processes. It is about transforming an actual state into a new target state. There are different levels of complexity, depending on how extensive, far-reaching and/or short-term the change is to be.
To make the change successful, the project should be viewed holistically: Structures, processes and systems must interlock. Culture also plays an important role, because it takes into account the human factor, the togetherness that has a decisive influence on the success of change projects.
There are different triggers for change. From the inside, they can be planned and controlled; from the outside, they must be met or anticipated in the best possible way. Consciously shaping and managing change, viewing it holistically and using it positively, determines the success and future viability of organizations.
