– Transactional analysis: recognising and breaking through negative communication patterns.
– Conflict types: better understanding different personalities in the conflict and adapting one’s own behaviour to them
– Constructive conflict management according to the Harvard concept
– Controlling conflict discussions through questioning techniques
Self-management in conflicts:
– Knowing your own hot buttons
– Not taking conflict and resistance personally
