DHIT®: Successfully implement OKR
Many strategies often come to nothing or fail due to a lack of focus. If the corporate strategy is known, you are faced with the question of how to get from the abstract big picture to workable, realistic and at the same time ambitious goals. And how do you manage to motivate your team and keep all information transparent for your stakeholders?

We start with your challenges
The DHIT® format with small groups and individual coaching sessions enables you to develop your own, very specific OKRs. You will benefit from the exchange with the other participants and the experience of your trainer.
Our focus is above all on:
- the intensive exchange between the participants,
- the processing and discussion of individual use cases and
- the enrichment of the group through the exchange of expertise of the participants
- the direct transfer into practice between the sessions
- getting to know and discussing new or expanding methods.
Course description
Objectives & Key Results: successfully implementing strategic goals with the agile leadership method:
In this training you will develop a roadmap for the successful implementation and use of OKR. You will formulate your own mid-term strategic goals (Midterm Goals = MOALS) based on your corporate strategy. Based on this, you will define your binding and realistic quarterly goals (Objectives) and matching results and success indicators (Key Results) for an OKR cycle in the training.
Practice-oriented: all theoretical tools and models are transferred to your own everyday professional life between the modules.
OKR (Objectives & Key Results) is an internationally recognized and successful method to achieve strategic business goals. Successful companies like Google or Intel use this method to define their goals.
In the DHIT you will learn the background of OKR and develop your concrete Objectives and the corresponding Key Results directly in the course of the DHIT.
