Course description
A strategy is not yet an operational implementation. How do you manage to get into action and take others with you from the staff department and achieve set goals? How do you manage to be heard by decision-makers and focus on sustainability? In short: to become effective.
We take a systemic approach to sustainability so that the transformation succeeds.

Look at sustainability through a systemic lens and recognize the levels at which you need to start in order to successfully transform your company. Maintain an overview of initiatives and projects and manage the roadmap or program with clear priorities.
If decisions need to be made, learn to prepare them well and bring them about successfully. This also includes involving stakeholders, positioning yourself and moderating critical meetings.
Use communication as the key to success and formulate narratives that you can use to engage and inspire others and overcome resistance. Demonstrate perseverance and stamina: drive sustainable development in your company and continuously raise it to a new level by trying out innovative concepts and methods.
