- Sustainability and change: You understand sustainability holistically as a change process.
- RELATING: You will learn to connect with stakeholders in an appreciative and constructive manner.
- You know the Inner Development Goals (Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, Acting) as a guiding framework for your own development.
- COLLABORATING: You will train how to communicate in a target group-oriented and goal-oriented manner. You will try out tools to shape working groups in an involving and results-oriented way.
- BEING: A location determination enables you to locate yourself and set priorities in your development. You know a change model that you can use as a permanent compass.
