Course description
Upon completion of this practice-oriented seminar, you will have greater skills using the constructive communication model in challenging and difficult situations in your daily work. Not only will you remain calm, you will be able to act according to your own values. Manage individual and group confrontations with more confidence and composure without putting relationships at risk.
We kindly request all participants to remain at the seminar hotel – even during the evenings – for the duration of the seminar.
