With this seminar you will strengthen your leadership skills, find out what makes your leadership work difficult in the current time and recognize how you can successfully counteract. Create an environment in which your team is happy to deliver top performance again.
The training is designed to be interactive and varied, actively incorporating current challenges in the business and social environment and allowing you to familiarize yourself with the latest findings. In addition, you will apply them practically, exchange ideas with other leaders and network. The 2x 4hours are designed to be highly interactive methodically and technically, include group work and peer group consulting as a method.
