Learning journey “Leading without a supervisory role”

At our on-site seminars in Frankfurt, Regensburg, or Hanover, you will learn how to motivate your colleagues without having to resort to the authority of your position as a supervisor. The seminar will teach you verbal and nonverbal communication techniques as well as methods for ensuring high motivation. Experience lots of interaction in changing groups, the option of video training according to group needs, and take advantage of the open marketplace format for focus topics at the end.
